Palletized Tooling

Custom tooling has always been one of TLK's strong attributes.
This 3D model depicts how we tooled sixteen piece parts on one pallet for our Horizontal Milling Machine. Loading one pallet with parts, while the other is being machined, allows for continuous machining with little or no down time.
Internal clamping of the part was achieved by designing expandable collets.
